Body by Ross

Postby dolo_inc » Mon Mar 10, 2008 9:10 pm

Image My before and after pics from my experience with "BODY BY ROSS"....haha..."Met" Ross about 1-2 years ago (via this website) and he helped me out and gave me lots of advice along the way. Went from 255 lbs. to 155 lbs. over the course of a year. (Started out as a bet, so i lost the first 50 in 4 months.) Thanks Ross, for everything.

P.S. Did this with no weight loss products, no protein shakes, and no gym membership. Did it all with NEVER GYMLESS and following an all natural food plan.

Wow, what an incredible inspiration.
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond all measure. It is our light, not our darkness that scares us. We ask ourselves – who are we to be brilliant, beautiful, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you to not be?

Very inspirational. The feeling it must be to go from carrying around all that extra weight to being in great shape must give you a smile every day. If it doesn't, it should :) Great, great job. Congats.
