Dr Boots - Here is your deadlift response

Postby Ross Enamait » Sun Oct 21, 2007 5:34 am

Here is the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95D7lj-A6tA

The video is in reference to this thread (starts around page 8 or 9):
http://www.rosstraining.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19472

And please note, I don't want your money. Go donate it to charity or a local community center gym.

And as was stated earlier:

The bottom line is very simple however. Dr. Boots has continued to dismiss the accomplishments of others on this board. Look, if you can't do something, you should work harder to catch up, rather than doubting what everyone else says and does.

The keyboard warrior bullshit just isn't necessary.

Ross

Ross, you are a beast.
The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers. - Peck
