Kettlebells + conditioning
1. Double kettlebell swings: 10 x 10...30 seconds rest between sets
2. Double kettlebell front squat: 3 x 5
3. Core-repeated 2x
V-ups x 10
Ab wheel rollouts x 5
Medicine ball russian twist x 10 each side
Conditioning-with weighted vest
5 minute round: Back pedal tire drag using two sledgehammers as handles.
I hooked the heads of my two sledgehammers into the inside of the tire and grabbed the wooden handles. Then I went up and down my driveway dragging the tire.
Ultimately, we're all dead men. Sadly, we cannot choose how but, what we can decide is how we meet that end, in order that we are remembered, as men.
