28th
Script less training session
Including burpees,push ups,power overs,walking lunges,stair running,towel pull ups kettlebell swings and ab wheel roll outs.

29th
70 push ups
70 sit ups
70 squats an embarrising 7m 52.

Hill sprints x 10

Nasty for me the only thing is I did not time them ,next time I run this hill I will have to do density style.

15 miles mountain biking on roads. Hard slog it took me 90 minutes

Deck of cards

Clubs =mountain climbers
Spades = bw rows
Diamonds =jumping jacks
hearts = ring push ups

I was a bit late starting the timer (had already deat around 10 cards)
time ended up as 13m20 but more like 15 mins

Ring push ups were almost standing and more a push out than a push up

4 mile run 43 minutes

Time was a bit out had to stop and pick up after the dog and my lad got his laces around his pedal on his bike,also one piss stop,
So I reckon at least 6 minutes off that time

Got home 50 ab wheel roll out from the knees

Gym

Started with ladder kb swings using 14kg 10 down to 5 each arm

Then 40kg hang clean x 8
3 x 60 kg hang clean x 6

Then some lads I train BJJ came in and the one who is a PT set up a lifeline gym.

W/o went something like this

2 x bw rows 8-10 reps
2 x push ups (body parralell) 8-10 reps
2 x push up with jack knife 8-10 reps 1ste set hands more forward 2nd set hands went back
2 x pike around 4-5 reps
2 x bw curls 10-14 reps (I found these easiest even though they were at the end)

I really enjoyed that and will do some similar stuff on my rings at home, it was great to workout with those guys as we all pushed a bit harder

8.5 mile mountain bike ride on roads, 45 mins hard work on that bike.

Home 60 keg conditioners empty keg.
Then 6 minutes of keg carrying (70lb) in back garden including bear hug carries ,keg carries to front of body and keg carries on each shoulder.

1 mile run this afternoon aprox 8m.30s

4 mile walk with the dog

Total miles for the day 13.5 bike run walk
