Good session. First time I've ever not got the required reps, but I knew it was going to be harder as I was trying to do the descent slower than usual on all my sets and it made everything feel a bit off. I did the 120 paused because I'd already decided to reset my max after this phase and do a few phases of paused bench, so this gives me a max to work off. Happy with 8 reps on swiss bar. Big Five 55 was a bit easier this week, so I did a smaller version without my training partner at the end as a finisher.
