1x10 decline pushups, 3x5 one arm pushup progression, 1x3 one arm pushup progression (arm fully extended)
I am able to do pushups with the non-working arm on a basketball fully extended! For the last set I managed three like that. It felt really good. I'm now going to work up to doing 4x5 like that, at which time I'll probably be able to do a real one arm pushup!
