DB Incline Bench press

A1 - Seated Rows (Bar - overhand grip)
75kg - 3x10~8 (PR)

A2 - Face pull
60kg - 3x12

BB curl
46kg - 3x8 8 6

Circuito de Abs 2x

I regressed in BB curls, I'll do something about.
