Didn't feel like leaving the house so I did some body weight stuff

Squat Thrust with push-up 10
Squats 20
Gator walks with carpet sliders 5 up and down
Jack knife sit-ups 15
Lunges 10

I slept well

Jump Rope Training:

3 rounds of 2 minute jog in place
3 rounds of 5 minutes of jog in place

I decided to taper off some and switch gears. I'm starting to feel the stagnation from my current workouts, regardless of the gains which I find weird :think: . Also, I want to start flirting with those big exercises with the squat or deadlift, if my lumbar spine doesn't bitch too much.

One last thing, I need to add another journel on here, it wouldn't be fitness related but it will involve bettering myself. Oh well, something to think about.

Almost forgot, I weigh 204lbs

Hamstring curls 3 x 8 130, 130, 130

It was nice to be changing the pace, hell it even felt liberating to be pushing heavier weight and I even think I could do more.

Cardio: (next day)

3 rounds of 2 minute jump rope
3 rounds of 5 minute jump rope

I made this my deload week. My legs are still pretty sore from several days ago but the squats certainly help stretch my adductors.
