Had a very bad 10 second heart svt episode during a press of the sand bag. It stopped though so I am happy! Amazing how tough the sandbag complex was! Nice way to hit almost every muscle and it really got my hr up too! That 70 lbs felt like 200 by the end of each set! My finisher was a bit sad but it did the trick pretty well. I was a bit tentative after the svt episode. Almost stopped right then and there but something inside is kicking my fear's ass lately. I am starting to kinda like what I am seeing in the mirror and I feel so good again! My pull up numbers are still weak but I am improving as I lose weight and gain strength. This was a nice quick routine too. I was a bit short on time so this worked well and I feel rubbery all over! Nice. I think I will use this template often and progress with reps and weight. Should work well.
