I may be wrong, but I'm guessing you have or want to play football?

Deadlift
160kg - 3reps (PR)

Louges
26kg - 3x8 (PR)

Dimmel Deadlifts
100kg - 3x 8 6 5

A1 - Shrugs
100kg - 3x8

A2 - Pinch grip
20kg (per hand) - 3x 10~15s (PR)

I will use the straps in dimmel deadlift.
