So I have not updated in a couple of weeks, doesnt mean I have not been training hard!
All been going fairly well, even felt pretty good until the last 2 rounds of WC101 when I did it the other day!
Will try and update a bit more regularly now.
On another note, I weighed 84kg (187lb) this morning, down from about 87kg when I started this log a month or so ago and down from 92kgish when I first started 'rosstraining'
I dont know if this is a good or bad thing, I suppose having less fat is a good thing, but I don't really know what an optimal weight for me is? I am 188cm tall and have a pretty large ribcage area and so on, so I have no idea?
