First things first: I am 6ft 2inch (188cm) tall and about 87kg (195lbs) as I write this.
I thought I would start this log to keep track of what I am doing etc, I will update it every day I train.
If anyone has any recommendations, questions or comments please dont hesitate.
Basically I am trying to roughly implement a 5 day plan such as from II and NG around my boxing training sessions.
I have been 'doing' (is that the correct term?) Rosstraining for about 4 months now and have had some great improvements in my conditioning and strength. Especially as I am not a naturally athletic or explosive person, and until recently have always been pretty unfit.
My goal is to maybe get my skills and condition to a level where I personally was comfortable to have an amateur fight some time next year. Will see how I go!
Anyway, I will start the log now, I wish I started it 4-5 months ago, but oh well.
Will not include warm up sets etc etc on strenght days. Anyway here we go:
GPP# 4 with a time of 20:40
A personal best, but felt pretty bad after about the 4th time through. I think I should be able to crack 20mins next time I do it.
