Took my dog on field again and did 20 sprints with him chasing his ball, other dog walkers on the field looked at me like I'm mental, but I can deal with that
Got back home from taking the dog and did....
10 x Super sets of 5 chin ups, 10 press ups, 20 squats and 40 mountain climbers (45 secs rest between sets)
10 x Super sets of 5 chin ups and 10 press ups (30 secs rest between sets)
4 x Tabata (Boxing) - My mate came round who I'm helping lose weight, so I did this while he was training so I didn't have to just stand there.
