ICT Workout 4: 21:39
Notes: This workout absolutely KILLS me. Of all the exercising I do, this workout is the hardest for me.
The workout calls for 5 lower body and 5 upper body sets. I only completed 4 lower body sets and 3 upper body sets. Also, in the upper body portion, I only did 10 power overs per circuit, not 20. This is a personal best for me, I've done this workout a handful of times in the last 3 months.
The total, unabridged workout is 500 total reps. I completed 330, or 66%. My focus will be on improving this number rather than worrying about the time, at least for a while.
