UK Weighted Vest

Postby Snaplight » Tue Feb 27, 2018 5:07 am

UK based so please bear that in mind with your suggestions - I know this is manly a States based forum but we seem to have some UK members.

So i'm looking for a weighted vest - doesn't need to be super heavy but does need to be well made and constructed and fit properly in the right places.

Any suggestions , links or experiences with that topic please.

Try amazon or ebay. I used to use a backpack or a homemade dip belt, (like Ross' from heavy duty chains (B&Q) and pipe insulation -so have no real recommendations). Also you can use an old jacket and fill the lining with snadbags or ankle weights. I got a load of ankle weights for next to nothing at a car boot sale.

MIR is my favorite. Look for it. They go in different loads up to 120lb..:
