Mobility Balls

Postby speedy » Wed Nov 22, 2017 11:32 am

For anyone that has been on here knows I fully support lacrosse balls for mobility (working out knots and etc) but when I recently purchased a bunch of Rogue equipment I figured what the hell and got this ... -nova-80mm

After using it a few times, I can't really explain why, but I honestly like this more than the lacrosse balls. Both work but again for some reason I just like this more.

Also I am notorious for having it under me when in bed watching TV.

The hard part is convincing my dogs it's not for them, they have their own balls (tennis balls I mean).

I have it and I use it on daily basis as part of warm up and as needed for prehab. Glutes, hams, scapular upper back, rotators, pecs and front shoulder. Oh, and yes - neck.
