GHD for home use question

Postby Arkann » Tue Nov 21, 2017 8:18 am

I am thinking of getting Rogue Echo GHD due to the limited space in my basement gym and due to the cost of original machine. Even echo version is not cheap.

I just want to ask if anyone can share their experience with it. I am thinking of getting just Echo GHD Pad Only and using it on the floor or attaching it to my squat box. Anyone done that?

Have you used the whole echo GHD with Rogue squat stand or Infinity half-rack?

Is there any cheaper options for the GHD pad only?

Thanks!

I just found those Spud straps. Looks like nice option if one doesn't have money for fancy machine.
It can be even made home/DYI for less money..

Nice idea!

Interesting idea. I can say their product quality is top notch; I use these:

Side question: tell me that muscle guy in the video is NOT wearing a Fitbit???

With something like that I would say just go with furniture sliders.
