Hi i bought it and theres about 100kg of Sand now inside the base but it was still too easy to Knock over since the base was too unstable i got a large truck tire and put it inside of it and now its stuck there and is impossible for Me to Knock over Heh so it helped Me. I also have the cobra reflex bag i know its not very good but i guess its better than nothing for general fitness and technique training

Deadlift: 375lbs @ 165lbs
Bench: 235 @ 165lbs
Squat: 245 @ 165lbs
