Like it or not, coming week I will be 62! I am still in decent shape, but getting old is not a permission slip to forget about goals.
Current high priority goals:
25+ pistols
Being able to do handstand push-ups
10+ one arm p-ups full ROM
Doing stand-to-stand bridges
Improved cardio
As for the p-ups I have to move slowly. Partly, it is a matter of rehab for my shoulder joint which I injured when I slipped on the ice last winter.

Easy workout outdoors. Rainy day.
