Note: last one, back on to start OP/IA tomorrow. For the first block I’ll go with Front Squat/OHP/WPU, and I’m re introducing some hamstring work which will be something along the lines of one hamstring slider device day and either a GHR or DL day or GHR on the first MS and the DL on the third MS session of the given “week”. Apex will be back as well now that I’ve finally found a good hill in the area.
