No rest between exercises, 2 min rest between circuits

Note: reduced the KB weight due to skating the day prior. Unbroken on everything except the lying rows, the band good mornings become about as gassing as swings haha. Last SE session done, nearly into the last 3 weeks of bb, I’ll use fighter, with a cluster of back squat, bench (haven’t done in years) and WPU, with one DL day, 3 working sets.

Bench Press

Deadlift
140kg 3x5

Note: bench is feeling smoother, I might look to build on it for a while with op/ia, I’ve never really benched, never consistently anyway. Squats and DL felt pretty good.

Short hills should be on the cards for tomorrow afternoon.
