Hey Arkann! Very good actually, it’s been a good break, body feels fresh, the runs have been fun, I’m looking forward to week 6 and getting some barbell work in.

Hey Arkann! Very good actually, it’s been a good break, body feels fresh, the runs have been fun, I’m looking forward to week 6 and getting some barbell work in.

3x50 on SE coming up next week, that will be challenging.

All in all, I’m enjoying it way more then the first time around a couple of years back, I just find it very refreshing now, knowing the benefits and feeling them too.

How are things with you?


I’m enjoying A/B/A so far. Also, I am thinking of running BB twice a year now.. Overall its all good for me keeping steady moderate effort and enjoying the ride..

We must be on similar life paths, I was thinking of doing a similar thing, though I’m planning on running op/ia from TB 3rd edition.

I’ll use fighter for the last 3 weeks of bb (one more week to go yet), already looking forward to hitting some lifts again.
