Still hiking on a daily basis, varying intensity levels, speed, distance.

Did a nice hike today. Probably around 67, cloudy.

RT 5 miles
Start Elevation 4500 ft.
Elevation Max: 4800 ft.
Elevation Gain: 300 ft.
Time 2 Hrs.

Did a nice hike yesterday. Probably around 60, sunny.

RT 3.5 miles
Start Elevation 5200 ft.
Elevation Max: 5500 ft.
Elevation Gain: 300 ft.

Elevation Max: 5300 ft.

Did a nice hike today. Around 14, sunny, really nice dump of snow yesterday, would not doubt 6-7 inches up there. Broke trail for at least a mile of it.

A lot has changed for me since last post, Oct of 17 started mountain biking, still hiking, canyoneering, get out 6-7 days a week. Mountain biking is pretty awesome. Started old rosstraining again to help with riding (see the difference), just need the weather to cooperate again. From last week, after not riding 9 weeks.
