NOTSUREIFRACIST's Amateur boxing training log

Hi guys, just a bit of background on me, I am 18 years old, and have been doing boxing since last August, and will be having my first fight this upcoming June. I will try my best to train 1-2 a day consisting of strength, conditioning, and boxing specific training.

I will be training in 2 hours and will post in this log later on today.

Okay so today I went to a track field and did sprints with some other boxers, we did:

100m x 6
50m x 6
And a bunch of sprint+jog intervals that I couldn't keep track of.

After that I went to the gym and did 3 rounds of skipping, 3 rounds of shadowboxing, and 3 rounds of light sparring.
I had to take it easy because I was completely worn out from the sprints. I didn't do too well during sparring; I kept on getting backed up into the corner and was on the receiving end of multiple hooks. Tomorrow is a new day.
