Workout - Isometrics

Flat tuck front lever
10x6s

Tuck L-sit no chão
3x5s


Workout - strongman

Tire Toss - 3x5

Tire Deadlift (30s)
130~140kg - 3x19~13~8

Farmers Walks
52kg - 3x 40m

Sled Drag Incline
40~64kg - 12m (PR)

Finisher - 3 rouds

Slegdhammer - 8 cada lado
Farmers 1 arm - 20m
Arm Over Arm - 12m
10 burpees

Time = 7:30min (PR)

The tire on the Tire Toss is going higher.
In Tire Deadlift my Grip is failing, I'll Add to weight and do 3x5.

In Farmers, the last time I failed 3x, at the first set. Today I did the first set without faults, the second failed 3x, and 3x in the last.
In the next I will do without fail, this is my way of progressing the weights on it.
In the finisher I broke the handle of the hammer (Now, that's funny), and had to do the finisher with a hoe. I'll see if I can get a Better sledgehammer.

A1 - One Arm row
46kg - 3x8

A2 - Face Pull
60kg - 3x12 (PR)

BB Curl
46kg - 3x8 (PR)

Abs x2
V - ups 10x
Toes touchs 10x
Side Hold 35s

Pull Thrug

A1 - DB Shrugs
52kg - 3x8~10 (1s hold)

A2 - Pinch Grip 1 hand
20kg (2x10kg) - 3x10s
