Shot around for an hour or so.

July 27

1x6 no weight, 2x4 w/ 20 lb, 2x3 w/ 30 lb pullups
Goals:
-Dunk during a game
-Do an 80 lb pistol
-Get a six pack

handstand practice
1x5 w/ 5 lb, 2x3 w/ 40 lb, 1x2 w/ 40 lb pistols

Felt pretty good today. Little bit of lower back pain.
Goals:
-Dunk during a game
-Do an 80 lb pistol
-Get a six pack

August 5

1x6 unweighted, 3x3 w/ 40 lb pullups

I felt strong as hell after finishing the pullups. My last set I thought there was no way I could finish the set, but I just focused on using my lats and pushing my elbows down and I got two more reps! Felt awesome.

August 12

1x5 w/ 10 lb, 1x3 w/ 40 lb pistols

August 13

1x5 w/ 10 lb, 2x3 w/ 40 lb (+1x3 w/ 40 lb only right leg) pistols

3x5 one arm pushup progressions (did these using 5 fingers on my off hand but with my arm almost fully extended)

I felt weak and ineffectual yesterday, but today I felt awesome! I'm afraid for my legs though... I will be very sore while moving.

Normally, I don't count non specific workout movements as exercises, but since I just moved I have been running around moving stuff, walking a ton, buying stuff, etc. Lots of heavy lifting and not much sleep or rest!

Aug 31

Played one game of 5 on 5

Sept 1

One game of 3 on 3 and then roughhouse. I felt totally out of shape and was really tired by the end of it!

Sept 2

Helped my brother in law dig a ditch with a mattock (yep, a mattock, look it up). It was a pretty good workout.
