3x5 pistols w/ 5 kg
2x5 alternate grip, 2x5 pronated, 1x5 supinated pullups on tree limb

My legs were still tired from basketball so I did one less set of pistols.
Goals:
-Dunk during a game
-Do an 80 lb pistol
-Get a six pack

1x 20 ft rope climb (no legs)
hill sprints
Goals:
-Dunk during a game
-Do an 80 lb pistol
-Get a six pack

I'm up to working one arm pushup progressions with my free hand up using fingertips.

Gonna build my suspension trainer soon so that'll help me step up my game from just working out twice a week.
