I played one game of full court basketball today and had to stop due to shin splints which is something I've been dealing with for a while now. I plan on only doing assistance work this week (decline pushups, rows, and hip thrusts) and not playing basketball at all so I can rest and recuperate.
Goals:
-Dunk during a game
-Do an 80 lb pistol
-Get a six pack

4x6 pullups

I took it easy on the pistols today since my right hamstring was bothering me a little... Pullups continue to be hard...

April 3

4x5 pistols
1x10 decline pushups, 3x5 one arm pushup progression, 1x3 one arm pushup progression (arm fully extended)

I am able to do pushups with the non-working arm on a basketball fully extended! For the last set I managed three like that. It felt really good. I'm now going to work up to doing 4x5 like that, at which time I'll probably be able to do a real one arm pushup!
