1x6 unweighted, 3x3 w/ 40 lb pullups
I felt strong as hell after finishing the pullups. My last set I thought there was no way I could finish the set, but I just focused on using my lats and pushing my elbows down and I got two more reps! Felt awesome.
1x5 w/ 10 lb, 1x3 w/ 40 lb pistols
1x5 w/ 10 lb, 2x3 w/ 40 lb (+1x3 w/ 40 lb only right leg) pistols
3x5 one arm pushup progressions (did these using 5 fingers on my off hand but with my arm almost fully extended)
I felt weak and ineffectual yesterday, but today I felt awesome! I'm afraid for my legs though... I will be very sore while moving.

-Do an 80 lb pistol
-Get a six pack
