Cleans 100 3x1


finally got the kitchen 'stuff' out of the garage gym - now I can train back in there as another option as before

Back Squats 140 4x4 build up sets still ok


1 power 1 squat Snatch up to 80x2 then 3x1 on 80 wrist sore

The gym floor in the Letchworth shed is being re set so giving it a day so as not to damage it. My own garage is ok to train in so may do some general weight training if not go for a big squat on Saturday at the Rugby club ie rest all week
