Just realized I started posting here in 2007. Wow
Anyways, decided I needed a place to write down my log again and keep me honest.
done with 45lb dumbbell and only did 5 burpees a round. I havent conditioned in months, still gymnastics, but I miss my endurance so Im back to Ross, weird how you find easily the best resource in the world hands down when your young, but your not very wise yet so you keep looking for other methods, when you found the best right away. Wish I would have just kept at ross's books for last 6 years... Still I learned alot.
