Had to make myself stop at 5 sets...I forget deloads should be deloads sometimes. I've been doing a little more on my deload days because I feel like I get the best response from them if I just start to feel my CNS getting primed for heavy lifting. No pump even. It's kind of like training blue balls, and it's kind of fucking weird I just described it as such. I don't know about it.

Hey man thanks for the post! That's actually what I have been doing, got about 8 X 195lbs yesterday, relative ease. Next week I am trying 205X8. I am also front squatting 195X10, working up to 245lbs X 10 in the next 5 weeks or so. I haven't been updating my log. You got some solid lifts there. Nice work on the bench.

Figured my deload week would be a good time to get started on the gun show. Set a decent working max on curls(113.72) so I'll be loading them with the 5/3/1 scheme and trying to get my biceps past the 90lb weakling stage.

And now for some words about TrueProtein. I bought a 25lb bag of their recession whey last year about March, and I noticed today I still have plenty left and I've been using it every day. The stuff is just amazing for the price, can't recommend it enough.
