I felt too stiff to train yesterday, I took my nephews swimming and that helped a little bit, but my back problem seems to be coming back again :mozilla_frown: I think I'll have to go see an osteopath again or maybe a chiropractor this time.

I hope it's not too serious as I've had quite a few back problems in the past, I think this time it's probably just that I'm older and need to take more rest when I body needs it. I've got my 2nd jiu jitsu class tonight, I really can't wait for it

AM
Went on the field with my dog and left him to sniff around while I did a load of backwards running, other people on the field were looking at me like I'm a mental :mozilla_tongue:

PM
2nd jiu jitsu class tonight, really enjoying it, and the trainer is looking to put another class on every friday from next week

Crossfit "Cindy" = 19 rounds

I hoped to do a bit better than that to be honest but I'll try it again in a few days.
