Another movement that I haven't done in a long time. Felt good. Will work these in with the hanging leg raise and dragon flags.

With all the bullshit going on about nationalized health care, I've decided to add more conditioning work to my training. I don't want to get sick and have to wait weeks, months or years to see a doctor if Der Fuhrer gets his way with health care. Decided to add burpees and jump rope work into the mix. Did the following today:
Jump rope x 100 reps
10 burpees
Jump rope x 100 reps
9 burpees...all the way down to 1 burpee.

This got the heart pumping and to cool off, I went for a 15 minute walk.
I will do this conditioning work 2 to 3 times per week.

My knees are killing me today. This is, I believe, from jumping rope. I'll have to probably just use burpees as my main conditioning tool. Man, it sucks getting old! :mozilla_frown:

I really enjoy training on this workout. My body feels great after each session...not beat up at all.

The singles feel great...I'm not feeling stale or beat up at all. Will keep slow cooking at 475 for a few more workouts.
