Dynamic warmup

Deadlift
135 x 3
225 x 2
275 x 1
325 x 1
350 x 1


One-arm Kb presses: 45lbs x 1; 50lb x 1; 60lb x 1; 70lb x 1 each side

Back plank: 2 x 30 seconds

Farmers walk: Pair of 60lb Kb's x 2 sets (4 trips down and back across basement floor)

swiss ball planks: 2 x 30 seconds

Stoney lunges
Windmill-T’s

Kettlebell swings: 70lb x 10; 60lb x 10; 50lb x 10

Kb Crush Curls: 1 x 10 @ 35lb; 1 x 10 @ 45lb

Back planks: 2 x 30 seconds

Swiss ball plank: 2 x 30 seconds

Stoney lunges

Swiss ball plank: 2 x 30 seconds
