Dynamic warmup

Deadlift
135 x 3
225 x 1
285 x 3 sets of 1


Double Kb presses: 45lbs x 5; 50lb x 5

Back plank: 2 x 30 seconds

Farmers walk: Pair of 60lb Kb's x 2 sets (4 trips down and back across basement floor)

Ab wheel rollout: 2 x 5

Stoney lunges
Windmill-T’s

Kettlebell swings: 70lb x 10; 60lb x 10; 50lb x 10

Thick bar curls: 2 x 5 @ 80lbs

Back planks: 2 x 30 seconds

Swiss ball plank: 2 x 30 seconds

Stoney lunges
