30 min running intervals on treadmill . mostly 1: 45 w/ a level 2 incline at 9.0mph avg . I know this is gibberish to anyone looking but I'm tracking my progress. Also tried a couple 2 rep pullup sets and 2 gg 10rep pushups been 13 days since shoulder injury. going to doc tomorrow.
