Dynamic warmup

Deadlift
135 x 2
225 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1
350 x 1...easy rep at my opener for Badger State Games
Three supersets of the following:
Isometric deadlift x 5 seconds
Speed deadlift x 1 @ 285


Mini-circuit-2 Circuits
Log press/bar x 5
Band good morning x 8
Y-pulls x 8
Band rows x 8
Sledgehammer grip work

Ab wheel rollouts: 2 x 5

Stoney lunges
Windmill-T’s

De-Load Week

Zercher squat: 120 x 10

Thick bar floor press: 1 x 10 @ 120

Back planks: 2 x 30 seconds

Med ball figure-8: 2 x 30 seconds

2-hand KB swings: 70 x 10; 60 x 10

Thick bar floor press: 120 x 2; 130 x 1; 150 x 1

Back planks: 2 x 30 seconds

Ab wheel rollout: 2 x 5

Plate pinch: pair of 45's x 45 seconds
