BB is complete! I really like this version with minimalist SE circuit. Also, keeping PU as part of SE makes a lot of sense.
I am into 1-1.5 weeks break. Will be on family vacation. Will be doing a lot of activities with the kids and some hikes with wife. I haven't had vacation for a while, so I am looking forward to it.
I will continue with OP I/A ABA from TB Conditioning book in September. Here is the plan with 9 days week as usual:
M - DB OHP/FS/WPU - Swings for finisher
T - HIC (Connaught Range or Anaerobic capacity)
W - off
Th - SBBP/TBDL/TRX Inverted Row (maybe weighted) - Core finisher
Fr - HIC (Fast 5 cap at 15min or 600m resets or hills)
Sat - off
Sun - DB OHP/FS/WPU - Swings for finisher
M,Tu - off
I might shift ABA /BAB for different blocks.
