Blasted by the basics- pretty much a whole lot of Tabata at a controlled pace. Cossack Squats, Pushups, Jump Squats and a few other bits and pieces.
Note: feel very good after, the pacing side of it as opposed to going all out until fatigue is slightly different for me, but the time to fit the lung burning work will come. Looking forward to Apex coming back soon.
