About an hour

Note: new block, slight shift around with a few things to allow focus on other areas and ensure good recovery. Do enjoy the windmills, strict press and WPU felt good and legs felt great during the skate today.

Onnit bodyweight

Blasted by the basics- pretty much a whole lot of Tabata at a controlled pace. Cossack Squats, Pushups, Jump Squats and a few other bits and pieces.

Note: feel very good after, the pacing side of it as opposed to going all out until fatigue is slightly different for me, but the time to fit the lung burning work will come. Looking forward to Apex coming back soon.

Note: also went for a big stroll in the afternoon which was nice. GHRs are coming back at a fast rate, form was way better with them today.

Rest Day

Note: feeling good, refreshed, may include some Row work in the next week, and Apex should make a comeback within the next week. Really enjoying the windmill and overall better moving around which will come handy for both skating and boxing work, recovery is the biggest thing it seems already like this is being taken care of.
