Note: Deadlifts felt very fast today, I think that the slow day 1 Deadlifts are due to the hill Sprint days, even though there is a rest day between the two. Lots happening at the moment, good amount of time in the yard with the heat as well as packing up everything into boxes, getting ready for the move.

Note: will look to do Rollouts later today and skate if everything goes well packing and am not too fatigued. I’ll log it if I do. Pretty happy to PR on the hill here before leaving, I felt like I’ve had it for a little bit, but back then it might have cost me a little something, now not so much, I could be wrong but I think the LSS with some of the other lighter to moderate work (pong, boxing and skating) has assisted a bit. Body is feeling good besides recovery sometimes being slow due to work/life stuff being pretty intense, but that’s shifting now, well, work has, and life will once the removal is done and we are on the road. :D
