Note: Deadlifts felt way better today. A little tired but that’s due to a lot of last minute work related things. Not long till finishing up now.

Note: the hill sprints felt good this morning, glad to hit a PB run on it, worked out well since it’s the last longer hill run session I’ll do here before the move.

Note: a few games of pong, a couple of things to work on there, might find a centre after the move. Was at the range half the day in the heat, pretty drained this evening so left boxing or skating out. DL and dips felt good, sets of 5 on the Rollouts are feeling better as time goes on, still hoping for 5x5’s with minimal rest by the end of Feb but we’ll see.

Note: pretty fatigued from the working week so just did the LSS today.

Note: Deadlifts felt very fast today, I think that the slow day 1 Deadlifts are due to the hill Sprint days, even though there is a rest day between the two. Lots happening at the moment, good amount of time in the yard with the heat as well as packing up everything into boxes, getting ready for the move.

Note: will look to do Rollouts later today and skate if everything goes well packing and am not too fatigued. I’ll log it if I do. Pretty happy to PR on the hill here before leaving, I felt like I’ve had it for a little bit, but back then it might have cost me a little something, now not so much, I could be wrong but I think the LSS with some of the other lighter to moderate work (pong, boxing and skating) has assisted a bit. Body is feeling good besides recovery sometimes being slow due to work/life stuff being pretty intense, but that’s shifting now, well, work has, and life will once the removal is done and we are on the road. :D
