Zercher squat: 8 x 1 @ 100lbs.
Ab wheel rollout: 2 x 5
Deadbugs: 1 x 10
Pinch grip/hold two 45lb plates: 2 x 30 seconds
Gripper: 3 x 10
Pinch grip globe end of 20lb kb: 1 x 30 seconds each hand
Two-hand Kb swings: 2 x 25 @ 50lb kb's
Ultimately, we're all dead men. Sadly, we cannot choose how but, what we can decide is how we meet that end, in order that we are remembered, as men.
