*I can feel difference with scaling down to 4sets and keeping HICs on the relatively lower side. Feels very good so far. Well...it's only 1st week. Come and see, brother :Now, that's funny:
**Having DL on the 3rd day does feel heavier than doing it on the 1st day. Will keep it on Fridays, though.

Looks like you've got things going pretty good over here, as for the deads, I used to have them on the first day as I thought I wouldn't perform as well if I did them at the end of the week, but after a few weeks it felt good again.

Bag work is where it's at! I've been enjoying it a bit myself lately, its always nice to have some skill conditioning in there!
