Normally semi-hard boiled or scrambled. I've been preferring scrambled lately. Been tempted to up it to 6 eggs because I've been getting hungry earlier, but I can't justify the cost, already go through too many eggs in my house.
Have you noticed any correlation between intake and strength? or you just eating them because they are healthy and filling.
