Normally semi-hard boiled or scrambled. I've been preferring scrambled lately. Been tempted to up it to 6 eggs because I've been getting hungry earlier, but I can't justify the cost, already go through too many eggs in my house.

Have you noticed any correlation between intake and strength? or you just eating them because they are healthy and filling.

They're filling and healthy.

Organic free range tastes best. Around 10 a week.
This reminds my of one of my favorite movies. Eggsellent and worthy of every minute of your time if any movie is.

I eat anywhere from 10-20 eggs a day. Only go a day without eggs every so often.

I live in a place where Protein Powder averages about 30% higher prices than the USA.

Eggs are currently on sale for about $3 for 30...from a little car that comes to my door....

I like eggs...

A little bit of milk, sauteed onions/bell pepper, hot sauce, cheese...amazing how good scrambled can be.

It is said that 4 eggs per week is enough for our health.

I'd imagine that statement was more aimed for non training individuals.

I eat between 12-20 a week. I usually have 3-4 large Omega-3 enriched eggs at a time. I was thinking about switching to free range, but it's like double the price... will have to try and see if its worth.

Hey Primate, why do you take psyllium husk? Is it to counteract the cholesterol from eggs?
