Weight Gain/ loss

Postby clairescontact » Fri Aug 23, 2019 9:10 pm

Hi Ross,

Just wondering if you can please post any information or advice you would have for young female boxers?
We’ve found a tendency for some of the young (7-15 years old) are very concerned about making lighter weight divisions..
I’ve read your thoughts about a lot of fighters best work being in the gym, out of the weight room & how strength is important. I agree 100% If you have any similar advice, we’d all be hugely grateful Boss ☘️

Hi Claire,

Ross doesn't post up here any more. If you want to reach him, best through Facebook or Instagram.
