I dont know how guys do both and still function and live life like a normal human. Ive been at BJJ for 9 years, was recently given my brown belt and I still feel like a beginner some days. Boxing is great but for older folks (im 46 soon 47) we cant get hit in the head or face and nor do we want to anymore. BJJ we can train into our 70s and 80s and beyond if smart and with right approach. Join a spot that has bjj and MT. MT is something Ihave never done but it looks fun and good community of people.

You should be afraid of me I will break your hand with my face and bleed heavily on you and your brand new white t shirt.
