I agree with the previous comments. Three days for strength training and conditioning can be too much for your training program.
I would do one day of heavy lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press, military press) for maximum strength and power, and other day for conditioning (more focused on stamina and muscle resistance), using kettlebells, skipping rope and bodyweight exercises such as pull ups, or just prioritize the areas you want to work more and go for it on both days.
