Its been a while! I am looking to incorporate muscle up progressions as assistance alongside my core Wendler 5-3-1 routine, any tips?
I have watched a few YT vids and had a play around on the gym bar last night, any pointers appreciated.
Dug out my copy of II and NG but theres not a great deal on progressions in there.
I may even chuck up my workout log on here too...
