Its easy to do more swings when u doing them that low. I am doing my swings alot higher.

Is this really an correct T-swing?

Its not correct form "Per say" however he does mention in the description that he was not going for Full swings just full body extension in which he achieved, but going higher takes much more of an explosion to get enough inertia for the kettlebell to reach eye level. But anyone who is as strong as this guy sure as hell knows how to train.

I have a couple of his booka and think he is great, did not mean to disrespect him.

But what do u think is the best cardio full swing or the thin he is doing?

I prefer the full swing.

A full swing is much more intense and incorporates more muscles than a half swing would. I would only recommend the full swing for your everyday training.

I think it is important to distinguish between what you're talking about, like "I can get 1.000 reps with the 16kg in under 50 minutes."

It is much harder to reach that goal if you do full swing! has anyone tried?

I always do full swings. The way that bloke did it makes each rep easier (still impressive to do it for 60 minutes)

I don't see the point of moving your hips a little bit and bouncing your arm off your gut to move the weight.

Personal preference is clearly a consideration, but I've always preferred swinging the T-handle higher.

It's a handy piece of equipment that is easy to make and inexpensive.

I really like doing then in my intervall training, feels great doing them high rep.

A suprise was that I fellt more explosive when I am running and doing squats, nice side effect ;)
